E3 2007 downsized!

Last year, E3 hosted over 400 companies ranging from developers, publishers and peripheral manufacturers.  When last years E3 wrapped up there was talk of downsizing the event because it has turned into a circus of sorts.  With booming music, half naked women and multi million dollar setups from Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo the decision was made to scale back the event to a smaller more laid back atmosphere where the registered attendants I.E Microsoft could get their message across without spending millions of dollars. 

Today it was announced that the number of entries for this years E3 will be 32, that is far fewer than last years 400.  The following is a list of the companies that are registered to be there courtesy of Shacknews:
