We have known for a while now that the 360's triple core CPU was going to a 65nm design starting in May. DigiTimes is reporting that the XBOX 360's GPU is going to a 65nm design as well, so this fall the new cooler running 360's will go on sale.
A 65nm chip will bring manufacturing cost's down which will eventually bring the price of the system down as well which is a good thing for Microsoft and the consumers, not to mention your power bill.
