Teamxbox.com posted some info on a new mod for the XBOX 360 called "Xeno Top Gear".
A new mod for the Xbox 360 has been announced today. Called Xeno Top Gear, this new mod is an external switching device that lets you flash the DVD firmware of your Xbox 360 without the need to open up the console after a first installation. Additionally, with the Xeno Top Gear you can save all your Xbox 360 game saves and media files onto your PC. The mod also lets you flash the DVD firmware of the Xbox 360.
